Miles at the front desk was super nice. He sets the example of how customer service should be. The hotel entrance is beautiful and clean. The room was even better. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was pretty big. The kitchenette (we did not use) had everything you needed to cook for 4 people. Even had a dishwasher. I loved the waffle at breakfast. I was not of fan of the other hot options it was scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patty. They had a really nice variety of continental options. The hotel is near of almost anything you could need within a 3-5min drive. It's also close to I-95. We visit the Boynton area 1-2 times per year and haven't been able to nail down a good hotel to stay at. This is it. We shall look no further
Very nice and clean rooms. Staff were nice as well. It was a very quiet area right of i95 but not close enough to hear traffic. Would stay here again.
When I arrived, Kyle the front desk clerk, was very welcoming to me and my service dogs. The next day he was very helpful during the fire alarm that went off one morning. He is a very nice guy, and always is in a good mood. The suite was roomy and clean, but perhaps maintenance needs to go through the rooms and see if anything needs to be fixed/deep cleaned. The light by the bed dangled after trying to turn it on. Some switches don't do anything. The carpeting needs a deep cleaning. It wasn't much, but if that's what I found, no telling what the other rooms might have. The location of the hotel is near a lot eateries. Parking is ample. Breakfast was good too.
A great location, a lot of restaurants and grocery store/ front desk staff is very professional and friendly room is really clean. I am highly recommend this hotel.

After a horrible experience at another Marriott location the night before, we landed at TownePlace Suites and upon walking in, knew I would have the expected Marriott experience. The lobby was very clean and the manager was inviting. We found our room which met the accessibility needs. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean with space to move around. The continental breakfast was delicious!

Boynton Beach TownePlace Suites has been a great choice for us each time we have visited. We have visited 5 times so far. Rooms are well equipped and clean, the hotel facilities are kept clean and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Whether the one room studio or the 2 room suites, this will be our first choice each time we are in the area.
